Fused Glass Workshop Experience @ YOLO, Newcastle, Wednesday 28th October - 18:00 - 20:00

Join us for an enchanting evening of Halloween-themed Fused Glass Art at the gorgeous YOLO Townhouse, nestled on one of Newcastle's oldest and most historic streets.

On arrival you will be welcomed into our private bar area, where each guest will receive a welcome drink on us, and a KM Glassworks gift bag... will it be a trick, or a treat? 

After mingling with the 'spirits' at the bar, we will head into The Parlour to begin your Glass Fusing Experience. Under expert guidance, you will craft your own eerie, spooktacular glass art. 

You will be expertly guided throughout the session to learn

👻How to cut your own glass

👻How to use different glass materials, paints and techniques to achieve different effects. 

👻Kate will talk you through every step, demonstrating throughout the session. In this session Kate will guide you to make your own fused glass tealight. Then, you will have the opportunity for your creative juices to flow and create your very own. 

👻Kate will talk you through each of the materials, and explain how the firing schedules will work to make sure you achieve your desired result.

👻Each guest will receive a sheet of precut glass. However if you want to try your hand at cutting your own piece Kate would be happy to help you do this on the night. 

We provide all tools, safety equipment, glass and materials that you will need. We will fire your finished piece in the kiln and return it to you within 7-10 working days. 

Also included in the price is one complimentary welcome drink. You can choose from

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your spot outside of 14 days of the event taking place we will issue you with a full refund or book you on another date. 

If you need to cancel within 14 days of the event taking place, we will attempt to resell your place, and if we are able to you will recieve a refund. If we are unable to find someone to fill your place unfortunately no refund will be available.
